Terms of Service

Booking confirmation
Once you submit a service request, we review the details and confirm your appointment by phone or email. A scheduled appointment is locked once you receive confirmation from our team.
Scope agreement
We provide cleaning services according to the agreed scope documented during your intake. If on-site conditions differ materially from what was discussed — such as size, condition, or layout — scope, timing, or pricing may be adjusted before work continues.
Access and property readiness
You are responsible for providing secure access to your home, ensuring safe working conditions, and managing pets, hazards, or obstacles during the scheduled service window. Please let us know about any special considerations ahead of time.
Rescheduling and cancellation
We appreciate advance notice whenever possible if you need to reschedule. Frequent short-notice cancellations may affect your priority for future bookings, as we plan our schedule around confirmed appointments.
Quality follow-up and re-clean
If you spot an in-scope issue after service, please notify us within 24 hours. We'll review the concern and arrange appropriate corrective action to ensure your satisfaction.
Service limitations
PastroPro does not provide biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, pest remediation, or heavy construction debris removal unless explicitly agreed upon in writing beforehand. If special handling is needed, we'll discuss it during your initial consultation.
Pricing model
Our pricing is scope-based and confirmed after we review your intake form and any photos or notes you provide. We don't publish flat-rate pricing because cleaning effort varies significantly based on home size, current condition, and frequency of service. We'll provide a clear estimate before work begins.
